Brontev collects only the information needed to match you with a licensed agent. Your contact details are never displayed publicly and are revealed to exactly one agent. Only after they have accepted your case. Agent access to your details is recorded.

We retain intake data for as long as your case is active and for a limited period afterward for compliance. You may request deletion at any time.

Advertising measurement

When you submit a quote request, we report that event to Google Ads and to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can measure how our advertising performs. This uses the Google tag and the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies and collect usage data. In regions that require consent, advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Wherever you are, ad clicks and impressions are still counted in aggregate.
