Brontev collects only the information needed to match you with a licensed agent. Your contact details are never displayed publicly and are revealed to exactly one agent. Only after they have accepted your case. Every access is audit-logged.

We retain intake data for as long as your case is active and for a limited period afterward for compliance. You may request deletion at any time.
