We are not a lead marketplace. We are infrastructure for trust between consumers and licensed agents.
Private consumer intake
A short, mobile-first questionnaire captures the structured signals an agent needs: coverage type, amount range, budget, urgency, and general health bracket. We never ask invasive medical questions. Your contact details are stored encrypted and are never exposed publicly.
Rules-based matching engine
Each intake is scored against the eligible agent pool using a weighted model: license-and-vertical fit (hard filter), historical responsiveness, conversion rate, specialization, capacity headroom, and subscription tier. The highest-scoring agent is assigned exclusively.
Exclusive, time-bound acceptance
The matched agent receives an anonymized preview and a countdown to accept. Only on acceptance is your identity revealed to that single agent. If they don't act in time, the system silently reassigns to the next-best agent. You never appear in a queue.
Audited handoff
Every access to your information is logged. We measure agent contact rate, response time, and outcome. Repeat offenders lose access.
